James and company at this shop saved me much aggrevation and money. My 1984 mercedes benz diesel broke down around the corner from their shop and I drifted in reverse into thier lot. I was a sitting duck, 60 miles out of pittsburgh in a fancy car and absolutly not going anywhere. They could have overcharged me, done unnecessary or poor quality work due to my ignorance of my cars mechanical operation and current problem or just told me to call a tow. Instead James diagnosed the problem free of charge and then proceeded to fix my transmission, after informing me that they are a body shop not a transmission shop. He did an excellent job, no further problems, was professional, friendly and courteous, and competent and the charge was very reasonable. They treated me like I was a regular customer knowing full well that I would not likely be using their services 60 miles from my home again. If they were closer I wouldn't go anywhre else.
